At Ovive, we are committed to offering a world where technology serves mankind, ensures his safety and respects the environment. In this issue, we highlight our mobile station fleet, a key tool enabling us to respond effectively to the varied needs of our customers.
These fully-equipped, self-contained mobile stations are designed to ensure fast, efficient on-site treatment, minimizing business interruptions and guaranteeing strict compliance with environmental standards. Find out how our mobile station fleet can transform your treatment challenges into sustainable, cost-effective solutions.
In order to offer complete, customized solutions, our mobile plant fleet integrates a variety of industrial water and leachate treatment processes .
These technologies include membrane bioreactors, direct reverse osmosis, decantation, flotation, sludge dewatering, UF (ultrafiltration) + RO (reverse osmosis) / NF (nanofiltration) pre-treatment, physico-chemical treatment, activated carbon and sand filters.
These processes, integrated into our mobile stations, enable us to guarantee complete, efficient, flexible and customized treatment.

Our mobile fleet in figures:
?200 treatment containers (UF, NF, RO, hybrid UF and NF/OI, physicochemical…)
?300 biological and process tanks (storage of chemicals, biological sludge, rejects, etc.)
?200 activated carbon filters and filtration media (2m3, 20m3, fixed in situ or mobile plug and play)

? The challenge
Our customer was faced with a crucial problem: their undersized effluent treatment plant could no longer cope with current effluent production. This situation led to a formal notice from the prefecture, requiring rapid and effective effluent treatment to comply with environmental regulations.
? The Ovive solution
To meet this challenge, Ovive installed a membrane bioreactor treatment system, supplemented by an activated carbon finish. This temporary solution, scheduled to last 1 year, enables effluent to be treated efficiently during the design and construction phase of the new treatment plant.
? Response time
Thanks to our responsiveness, we were ready to install and start-up the system within just a few weeks of the customer expressing a need. This rapid intervention enabled our customer to continue operations without interruption, while complying with regulatory requirements.
MOBILE UNITS: FOR WHAT USES?
– cope with punctual production (rainfall, peak industrial activity, etc.)
-to adapt to changing needs (variations in effluent quantity and quality)
-comply with an administrative obligation (drought decree, formal notice, etc.)
-and as part of a comprehensive service, where we can take charge of the entire management of your effluents.
