Customer spotlight: A look back at a lasting partnership with Brasserie 3 Monts
In this edition, we look back at our collaboration with Brasserie 3 Monts, which began in 2017 and marked a turning point in the treatment of their effluent. Here’s a look at the key stages of this project, symbolizing innovation and long-term support.
👉2017: Beginning of our partnership
Brasserie 3 Monts contacted Ovive to update their effluent treatment system. Their initial system no longer met their activity levels or discharge standards.
👉 Setting up a temporary solution
Ovive installs a temporary 1:1 scale Membrane Bioreactor (MBR) for a period of 6 months, to meet the Brewery’s immediate needs while validating this solution.
👉 Success of initial treatment and extension of service
After conclusive results, our collaboration continues with a complete service including rental, operation and maintenance of the BRM for a further 18 months.
👉 Design of the final station
At the same time, Ovive designed and built a definitive treatment plant, integrating all the brewery’s specific requirements.
👉 2022: Acceptance of new treatment unit
The final Membrane Bioreactor plant is commissioned, providing treatment of 200 m³/day with safe discharge into the natural environment. This project testifies to Ovive’s commitment to support and innovation in the service of its customers.
