What is the Gender Equality Index?<\/h2>\n\n

This indicator, calculated on 100 points, enables companies to assess and monitor gender gaps across several criteria.<\/p>\n\n

At Ovive, our score breaks down as follows:\u2705 Gender pay gap: 37\/40\u2705 Distribution of individual increases: 35\/35\u2705 Increases after maternity leave: 15\/15\u2705 Parity among the 10 highest earners: 5\/10<\/p>\n\n
