Pre-treatment of industrial wastewater is a crucial stage in the process of cleaning up industrial effluent.Beyond the regulatory aspect, which requires compliance with strict standards for the discharge of industrial effluent,this process offers many advantages for companies, both environmentally and economically. Ovive equipment enables effluent to be prepared for subsequent treatment, and is a compact, self-contained solution.Ovive curved grate: The grate, formed by welded bars, receives effluent sprayed under pressure by injection nozzles.\nThe system is installed in a closed box fitted with an inspection hatch. Ovive internal feed rotary screen: Effluent is fed into the inner part of the drum.\nThe screened water passes through the orifices, collects at the bottom of the drum and is directed by gravity to the outlet pipe.\nUnfiltered particles are conveyed to the end of the drum, where they are collected in the outlet chute. Ovive external feed rotary screen: All the effluent arrives in the feed tank, rises to the top of the drum, keeping the waste on its periphery and sifting the liquid inwards.\nThe waste is carried to the front of the screen, where it is lifted off the drum by an external scraper.\nThe scraper is mounted on a spring assembly to ensure constant pressure on the drum.\nWashing ramps, fitted to our Ovive equipment, ensure constant flow rates. Trials are possible with equipment rental to validate the best solution.\nThe materials used in our equipment are adapted to different types of effluent (stainless steel, HDPE, etc.) and hot water washing is possible (grease removal).\nPre-treatment is a key step in ensuring the longevity and availability of a treatment plant. <\/p>\n\n
